Team Wind Blown

Every piece of jewelry that the Wind Blown team creates takes time, energy, and creativity — it’s not an instantaneous production. Wind Blown itself wasn’t created in an instant, either. Rachel Calhoun, the founder, started making jewelry when she was just 8-years-old. From selling jewelry to her parents’ friends as a young girl to setting up stands outside grocery stores and then moving on to local boutiques, Rachel’s jewelry has been created over time, to last forever.

Wind Blown was launched in Wake Forest, North Carolina, at a pivotal time in Rachel’s life. After a big move, graduation, and marriage, her new husband encouraged her to chase her dreams of launching her very own jewelry company. Soon after, new employees were hired and new product collections were launched as Rachel’s dreams became a reality.

Wind Blown jewelry is inspired by simple lines and shapes. Everything is created from brass gold, which portrays an effortless, minimalist look meant for everyday life. Each piece is hand-crafted, soldered, textured, and forged to create dynamic, timeless jewelry by a team of women committed to excellence, as well as each other. Wind Blown studio is located right outside Raleigh, North Carolina, where timeless pieces are created to help you feel your best, no matter what your day holds.
